Stay Hungry
Last updated: September 2026

Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how the Stay Hungry app (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “App”) handles information when you use it. Stay Hungry is developed by Three Thirteen LLC and is available on Google Play and other app stores.

Camera
Stay Hungry uses your device’s front-facing camera to show a mirror view. The camera feed is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. It exists only on your screen while the app is open.

Reflection Notes and Answers
When you use Reflect, you can answer Yes or No and write an optional note. Your answers, notes, breathing sessions, and settings are stored only on your device in a local database. They are not sent to us or to any server, and they are not shared with anyone.

Themes in Your Notes
The Insights screen finds recurring words in your notes. This happens entirely on your device. Your notes and keywords are never sent anywhere.

In-App Purchase
Stay Hungry offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks premium features. Payment is handled by Google Play (or the app store you use); we never see your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, to confirm your purchase and unlock the features. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, purchase and transaction details, and basic device and app information (such as device type, operating system version, app version, and country). It does not receive your notes, answers, or camera images. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy and Google’s at policies.google.com/privacy.

YouTube Video
The app plays a short clip of the 2005 Stanford Commencement speech using YouTube’s official embedded player. YouTube (Google) may collect usage information according to Google’s privacy policy. We do not control or receive that data.

App Ratings
If you choose to rate the app, Google Play’s in-app review screen is shown. Your rating and review are handled by Google.

What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information, your location, your reflection notes or answers, or camera images. We do not use advertising or analytics services, and we do not show ads.

Data Retention and Deletion
Your reflections stay on your device until you delete them. You can delete individual reflections in the app at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its local data. Purchase records kept by Google Play and RevenueCat are retained under their policies so your purchase can be restored. To ask about deleting purchase-related data, contact us at the email below.

How to Request Data Deletion (Stay Hungry by Three Thirteen LLC)

Your reflections, notes, answers, and breathing sessions are stored only on your device. To delete them, delete entries in the app or uninstall Stay Hungry. We never receive this data, so there is nothing for us to delete.

To request deletion of purchase-related data held by RevenueCat:

  1. Email stayhungry@threethirteen.org with the subject “Stay Hungry data deletion request”.
  2. Include the approximate date of your purchase and, if you have it, your Google Play order number (starts with GPA.).
  3. We will delete your RevenueCat customer record within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: your RevenueCat customer record (anonymous app user ID and purchase history stored by RevenueCat).
What is kept: Google Play keeps its own record of your purchase under Google’s privacy policy, so your purchase can still be restored. We may keep a copy of your deletion request email for our records.

Children’s Privacy
Stay Hungry is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
